Heidi Whitcomb


Heidi Whitcomb is the second generation of Ventura Rental and has been in the events industry and rental business since the mid 1980’s. Heidi’s breadth of knowledge from an event rental perspective is immense having designed and coordinated thousands of events from intimate family gatherings to corporate events with 8,000 guests in attendance.

Currently, Heidi and her husband Mike are enjoying their new role as grandparents to their grandbabies.


Marisela Salas

Kitchen & Linen Manager

Lending her expertise to the Ventura Rental family for more than 25 years, Mari oversees our Kitchen and Linen departments with a staff of three. Due to the duality of her position, Mari is responsible for inventory control and supplying a wide range of event rental needs from complete table top settings and linens, to various décor items for each event.

When she's not working, Mari enjoys dancing and spending time with her husband and five charming children.

Juan Guillen

Logistics Coordinator


Juan has been with Ventura Rental since 2009 as our Logistics Coordinator. After 13 years with the company, Juan likes that every day brings new and different challenges that he enjoys solving. There’s never a dull moment in the rental business! Juan is responsible for coordinating all of our deliveries and pickups with our crews. He also enjoys meeting great people at work and outside of the job, especially when watching football games. He loves watching the games with family and friends.

To relax and unwind, Juan enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with his family – who are the most important part of his life.

Judy Taylor

Senior Event Consultant


Judy joined the Ventura Rental team after working for a local catering company and brought with her substantial event and vendor coordination experience, pristine attention to detail, and her southern hospitality and charm. All of which makes the perfect recipe of ease and effortlessness when working with Judy!

Judy resides in Ventura with her husband Bill, and you will often find them hiking, tooling around on motorcycles, or hanging at the beach.

Amanda Pasetta

Senior Event Consultant


Amanda has been a part of the local event industry since 2008. Her event planning expertise spans from small intimate gatherings to large corporate events and non-profit fundraisers. Amanda enjoys putting together the details for your event - from the linen selection to final touches with colored glassware or napkin rings.

If she’s not in the Showroom assisting clients, Amanda is enjoying family time with her husband, daughter, and furry friends.

Michelle Telles

Junior Event Consultant


Michelle Telles joins the Ventura Rental team with background in technical theatrics and stage/event management. She became interested in planning events during her high school years when she co-hosted educational speaker events for audiences of 3,000 guests. Michelle has worked with planning small intimate gatherings, large scale charity fundraisers, and currently with live concerts and festivals throughout the Central Coast.

In her free time she co-hosts a pop culture podcast titled “The Pop” and loves to attend live concerts and shows. She would love to assist you in planning your next great memory!

Danielle Quillan

Community Relation Manager


Danielle was raised in Ventura and moved back to town after a brief time on the East Coast for college. She is a detailed planner and has a love for all colors - especially teal and tangerine! Danielle is excited to join the Ventura Rental team after working with special events in the non-profit and public higher education sectors. She has a passion for assisting people, figuring out creative solutions, and is waiting to help you with your next event!

On days off you can either find her at the beach or camping in the backcountry with her husband and their very active Australian Cattle Dog.
