Ventura Rental is a proud, locally owned family event rental company serving Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Ynez, and Santa Barbara Counties for over 40 years. This third-generation business came into existence when Ron Holley moved his family from Modesto to Ventura where he purchased a construction rental business. Shortly after their move to Southern California, Mr. Holley expanded the company into four locations including two construction and general tool rental stores, and a repair shop. In the early 1980s the company added the special events division known as Ventura Rental Party & Events founded by Ron Holley’s daughter, Heidi Whitcomb, who served as CEO until 2022. In 2014, the construction locations were sold to national chain Sunbelt Rentals. Currently, the business is thriving under new ownership.

The cumulative success and longevity of this family-owned corporation is attributed simply to excellence as our team provides the best customer service and combined event & catering experience of over 40 years, and industry knowledge.

The company maintains that philosophy to this day and operates on the business platform of staying abreast of event industry trends along with uncovering and developing local relations. Heidi Whitcomb was extremely involved with community organizations and the team has continued to partner with and support our regional non-profit organizations.
