Isabel Damian basically grew up at Ventura Rental. Isabel officially started working for the company in 2019 after coming to work with her family members for years – it’s a family affair! She has always had an interest in planning events, whether it is a family gathering, celebration, or wedding, she loves helping people plan their events. Isabel has worked with the Operations and Warehouse teams, she became an expert in linens and kitchen equipment, and joined the Showroom team as an Event Consultant in 2022. With her knowledge of back-of-house processes and inventory, she can fully design a great event. She says the best thing about working here is seeing all the new inventory items and trends, and loves assisting clients in designing their events!
