Make-A-Wish®Tri-Counties teamed up with the Los Angeles Rams for a special charity event “Rams Night for Wishes” at North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, CA on October 8, 2018. The charity event aims to raise funds to fulfill the wishes of local children and was hosted by Rams Pro Bowl Tackle and Captain Andrew Whitworth and the philanthropist Andrew Firestone as Master of Ceremonies.

The Benefactors’ Ball has been a time-honored Foundation tradition since 1971. Every year physicians, hospital administrators and community leaders from all over the county gather together for a night of fine dining, live music, and dancing in support of Community Memorial Hospital.
Honored this year with the Cephas Bard Awards as CMH Physicians of the Year are brothers Dr. Douglas A. Woodburn and Dr. James D. Woodburn III. Honored as the Retired CMH Physician of the Year is their father, James D. Woodburn II. The three surgeons have cared for thousands of patients at Community Memorial Hospital for decades and share a legacy of service to the community.
