An outdoor celebration under the vines with classic comfort & Mexican flair

Set among the rolling vineyards of Los Olivos, CA, this rustic outdoor wedding blended the vineyard’s natural charm with festive soul. Ventura Rentals provided beautifully crafted Wood Slat Garden Chair seating for guests, and created a romantic altar with a Wine Barrell. For the bride and groom, a Round ½ Table served as a devoted focal point. Beverages were artfully displayed and kept cool on the Banquet Table. Refreshed drinks flowed from the Hammered Stripe Drink Tub, and “Off White” Market Umbrella shaded guest seating (everywhere except the ceremony). Mexican tacos added flavor, joy, and color to this one-of-a-kind vineyard celebration.

Table & Wedding Rentals Los Olivos

The wedding day layout featured a curated set of tables for specific roles. The Round ½ Table provided an intimate and elevated seat for the bride and groom. A Wine Barrell was repurposed as the altar, bringing rustic character and vineyard authenticity to the vows. The Banquet Table, instead of serving the meal, was dedicated to beverages — a stylish station for drinks, mixers, and glasses, allowing guests to serve themselves or be attended to without interrupting the flow of the dinner.
